General Conditions
Deposit Policy
By making a reservation with us, and providing a credit card number you agree that you will pay the amount of your stay in full prior to your arrival date.
50% of deposit due at time of reservation. Full payment (including damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Your credit card will be charged automatically when payment is due.
Booking Cancellation By The Client
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing and will take effect on the day we receive the request. You will be liable to pay the cancellation fees shown below.
More than 60 days before arrival date = full refund
30-59 days before arrival date = 50% of the total booking charges (minus cleaning fee)
Less than 30 days before arrival = 100% of the total booking charges (minus cleaning fee)
There will be no refunds if the guest voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the reservation before the end of their stay.
Changes By The Company
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation with another with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment or discount.
